Charlie, Inc. has stream-lined the process of designing, building, and erecting an entire car wash building structure. For the quickest service, you can pick from the 4 standard designs, shown below, or call us with your own custom design requests.

Now you are just 3 easy steps away
from washing your first car!!

Step 1

Prepare the site per your architect's plans and specifications matching Charlie's supplied dimension. After initial site grading is complete, the foundations and concrete floor are poured.

Step 2

Watch Charlie install strong, durable, premier steel wall panels and conventional pre-engineered roof trusses, complete through interior and exterior sheathing.

The prefabricated panels are installed with sheathing already in place. After structural connections are completed, the roof trusses can be installed and sheathed. The use of panelized construction assures high quality and allows choice of finish, while simplifying and speeding the construction process. This structural work provides a huge work canvas.
Step 3
Install wash equipment, finish interior and exterior. Start washing!
