Is a high foaming, low PH pre-soak cleaner that is made for the 1st step in a 2 step system. It removes tough film on windshields, chrome, and metal rims. This product provides the excellent cleaning performance of glass and metal with the use of solvents, surfactants and phosphoric acid.

Technical Details:

Dilution ranges from 8:1 to 20:1 for tire and wheel cleaning. Ratios range from 64:1 to 200:1 for use as a pre-soak depending on the application
