Charlie's Pet Wash is structurally designed to exceed National Building Codes, including North American Specification for the Design of Cold-Formed Steel Structural Members.
  1. Roof :pitched engineered trusses, with 7/16 in. OSB Roof Sheathing
  2. Roof Shingles: 15# Felt , 30 year Shingles, Caps, Ridge Vent and Drip Edge
  3. Exterior Walls: 18 gauge cold formed steel structural studs (G90 galvanic protection ) 8 ft. interior height , insulated to R-13 in cavity
  4. Interior Wall: dividing room at 12 ft.; 24 in. door installed
  5. Exterior Walls Finish: Fiber Cement Board with Stucco finish
  6. Interior Bay Walls Finish: ½ in. Extruded Plastic , white, LR-1
  7. Ceilings: White Vinyl
  8. Equipment Room Walls: finished with plywood for strong mounting surface
  9. Main entrance Door: 3 ft x 7 ft glass door with automatic lock and 7 day timer
  10. Windows: 2 ft 2 in x 4 ft 6 in insulated glass windows at either side of door
  11. Windows: 2 ft 4 in x 4 ft 6 in insulated glass windows on side walls
  12. Equipment: Pet equipment installation
